To all EZPZ One Click Backup Users:

Recently EZPZ One Click Backup was removed from the WordPress Plugin Repository. I received no notice that it was removed or explanation as to why it was removed.

EZPZ OCB will NOT be available from the WP Plugin Repository in the foreseeable future.  The latest version (12.03.10) is available here. Future updates will be available too. Soon I will add a email newsletter which will keep subscribers informed of news, updates and changes concerning EZPZ OCB.

I will work on an update feature similar to WordPress’ plugin update so users will be able to update EZPZ OCB in… you guessed it… One Click.

Again, I apologize to all my loyal EZPZ One Click Backup users.

For a reliable, inexpensive alternative I recommend trying MyRepono and the MyRepono WordPress Plugin. This service, while not entirely free (the fees are as low as 2¢ a day for a small site), works great on WordPress sites as large as 5GB, maybe even larger. MyRepono gives a $5.00 credit when signing up for the service so there is no cost to try it out.

You can skip to the end and leave a response. Pinging is currently not allowed.

What happened to EZPZ? It’s gone from the WordPress Plugins download.

This is a wonderful plugin. How can I get a copy of the final version?

I had to delete my EZPZ but want to put it back now but I can’t find it on Google or in WordPress Plugins search. Is EZPZ One Click Back Up no longer available?

    Hello!

I have used EZPZ for backups but never tried installing the backup.

My website stuffed up and I tried to install with /EZPZ_RESTORATION_FILES/EZPZ_RESTORE.PHP

The home page works but the other pages dont. This shows up:

    Not Found

The requested URL /about/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Could you please email me and help! I would appreciate it so much!

I had problems getting the manual backup to execute, so I deactivated, and then re-activated the plugin, and it now was able to backup manually. Unfortunately, although I’ve scheduled the backups for once per week at midnight, it shows that the next backup is scheduled for 2 hours in the past. Is there a fix??

Curious as to if ezpc can be used to move my site to a different server?

I would appreciate hearing back on this point.
